Sarah Becks offers all customers a Free Returns to make the process as quick and easy as possible for you.If you decide your order isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return it. We recommend booking this service within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives safely back in our hands before the 30 day returns window expires. Prepare The Package
- Use the returns documents included within your original package. You can print them all out within Your Account if they go missing!
- Attach the returns label to the outside of your package, and hand the sheet marked *Waybill Doc* to your courier.
- DO NOT seal your package until the driver has checked the contents. But once you have the A-OK, please seal away!
NB: Non-European Customers
Please note, if your collection address is outside of Europe you must include the *Returns Note for Customs* inside the package.
Returning By Post
If you don’t want to use our Free Returns Collection Service, please get in touch with our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss how to return your package.
Important Information To Note:
- We recommend returning your items via registered post or DHL as Sarah Becks will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and displaying any additional Returns Tags to receive a full refund.
- We can only collect returns from within the same country to which your order was originally delivered. Additional import duties may be applied if you need to return your purchase from a different country outside the original delivery address.
- All products which are considered HAZMAT (for example – perfume/nail polish/aerosol/lotion) are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
- The Hygiene Adhesive Strip must remain attached to any beachwear or lingerie that is to be returned.
- Where possible, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned unmarked and unscuffed in the original undamaged boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
- We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure their necessary protection when in transit.
If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.
It can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed by Fashionista House Limited and deposited back into your account via the original payment method (excluding the cost of delivery). Please note, processing time will vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
